Local Area: Sebring, Florida
Sebring, FL, located in Highlands County, is a city that has always been proud of its rich history. Sebring’s mix of sophistication, rural charm, and beautiful lake acreage is exactly why we chose Sebring as the location of our newest homesite community.
“While many other areas have been overdeveloped with condos and shopping malls, Sebring has maintained that relaxed, old Florida charm,” says Highland Lakes Reserve Developer Mike Emmons. “We’ve been all over this state – Sebring is definitely Florida’s best kept secret!”
With its variety of cultural attractions, fine dining, high quality services and relaxed, small town feel - it’s true that Sebring offers exactly the kind of lifestyle that draws so many people to the Sunshine State. Says Emmons, “That’s why we love it here!”
Quality of Life
Sebring retains its small town charm and affordability, yet it’s accessible to several metropolitan areas. Ample outdoor recreation, cultural destinations, and business opportunities make Sebring a fantastic place to live and play. Its small town charm and affordability continue to make it accessible to those who might have thought waterfront living was out of reach.
